Materials & Craftsmanship: High-grade birch plywood core with natural wood veneer and UV matte lacquer finish, edged with 1.5mm color-matched PVC edge banding.

Project Highlights: Situated along Dubai’s waterfront, the project faced heavy exposure to ocean humidity and salt spray, demanding rigorous water and corrosion resistance. Yaju Wood applied marine-grade plywood substrates combined with advanced edge sealing to prevent swelling, warping, or delamination. The project encompassed intricate custom configurations, including pull-out spice rack cabinets, built-in appliance housings, and integrated LED light channels in wardrobes. A total of 28 40-foot HQ containers were delivered on schedule, winning high accolades from both the developer and general contractor.
